With the application you can declare everything included in the D2 declaration form (details of declarants, details of real estate, details of rights and details of accompanying documents) and furthermore locate the properties to which the declared rights correspond through modern GIS application on digital aerial photographs of 2015-2016.

The connection to the application is made using the taxisnet codes. CAUTION! Your online services account is personal. You may not submit a declaration for other persons with your own account.

At any point in the process of completing the declaration you can save the declaration and exit the application to continue at another time if you wish. However, once you have submitted the declaration definitively, it can no longer be changed by you and, based on the legal framework of the Land Registry, it is subject to control by authorized bodies. In any case, you can see from the application how many statements you have made, whether they are submitted or pending.

Each person's statement can include any rights to real estate of the same under the land registry of a pre- Kapodistrian OTA (Community or Municipality before the implementation of the administrative division of Kapodistrias and Kallikratis). Thus, if a person declares several properties in a single OTA, he will submit only one declaration and use his credit card only once. If someone wants to declare rights to properties located in two or more OTAs, they will have to submit two or more different declarations (one for each OTA) and make a corresponding number of different credit card payments.

Finding the location of the declared properties is mandatory and is carried out using many modern tools (possibility of searching through: coordinates, points of interest, streets, place names, settlements, parcel codes of distributions/distributions, loading dxf, asci files, mobile phone application, etc.). You are invited to locate by delimiting the geographical extent of your property.

The submission of accompanying documents is only done electronically through the application and precedes the payment process. The maximum allowed size of a file is 40 Mb. Allowed file types are doc, docx, pdf, tiff, jpg. Documents cannot be mailed.

After completing your declaration, you can pay the corresponding land registration fee, securely by credit or debit card. The card may belong to you or to a third party. The fee is automatically calculated by the application based on the information you provide. Upon successful completion of the payment you will receive a payment confirmation email. For this reason it is very important to write your e-mail correctly.

After you have paid the real estate fee for a return online, we recommend that you print the accompanying printouts of its details for your records (Print Successful Return Submission, Preview Return).
