Entry to the application is carried out using the taxisnet codes of the contracting party. In the case of a natural person for whom, in the notarial deed that concerns him, an attorney has been represented and signed on his behalf, by virtue of a power of attorney granted to him with a special document, then entry into the application can be done either by the contracting natural person with the codes taxisnet available either from the proxy with their own taxisnet codes. In the latter case, the legalizing power of attorney documents should be uploaded to the co-signatories of the deed (in the file type "LEGALITIES/OTHERS"). In the case of a Legal Entity, entry will be made with the legal entity's taxisnet codes and the legalizing representation documents, with which the legal representative has been designated, must be uploaded to the documents attached to the deed (in the "LEGAL/OTHER" file type).
